System Configuration
Pump & Reservoir: Supplies lubricant at the required pressure and flow.
Progressive Distributors: Sequentially distribute measured lubricant volumes to individual outlets.
Monitoring: Pressure switches or sensors monitor system operation and blockage conditions.
Piping: Main and branch lines connect the pump, distributors and lubrication points according to equipment layout.
Configuration: Outlet quantity and distributor capacity can be selected according to the number of lubrication points.
Key Performance Features
High-Pressure Delivery: Operates up to 400 bar working pressure, pumping NLGI 0–2 grease over main-line distances up to 100 meters.
Parallel Point Isolation: Blockage at an individual metering outlet or bearing does not interrupt line pressure or grease flow to remaining distribution blocks.
Calibrated Output Adjustment: Metering block discharge can be mechanically adjusted from 0.5 to 5.0 cm³/stroke per outlet via regulating screws.
Pressure-Driven Changeover: Line switching is triggered by hydraulic or end-of-line differential pressure switches once target threshold is reached, ensuring full pressurization before half-cycle completion.
Industrial Applications
Steel Processing: Continuous casters, hot rolling mills, cooling beds, and furnace conveyors.
Mining & Quarrying: Jaw crushers, vibrating screens, ball mills, and stacker-reclaimers.
Cement Production: Rotary kilns, clinker coolers, roller presses, and raw mills.
Material Handling: Port gantry cranes, container stackers, and bulk ship unloaders.
Paper & Pulp: Wet end press rolls, dryer section bearings, and calendar stacks.
PLC Control & System Integration
Cycle Control: PLC controls lubrication intervals and pump operation.
Cycle Monitoring: Distributor or pressure feedback can verify lubrication cycles.
Fault Detection: Low pressure, low lubricant level and abnormal cycle conditions can trigger alarms.
Machine Interface: Run, fault and status signals can be exchanged with the main control system.
Remote Monitoring: Operating and fault signals can be connected to HMI or supervisory systems.
